I came here for 4 nights and had a really really nice stay. The venue was clean and the staff were accommodating and welcoming. The location was central, close enough to the centre. Had lunch/dinner at Red & White Restaurant, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel. Pool bar was there.

Modern and overall clean place, attentive staff with amazing service and friendly staff. Perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere. Lovely restaurant at a short distance from the hotel. Well-appointed room with nice bed and hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows.

No reason to complain, I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back there. Romantic hotel, stayed here for 11 nights and had a very nice experience. The breakfast was very good, well presented and with plenty of options. The classic double room I booked was elegant. The staff was pleasant and super friendly all the time.

Liked the location, it was decent and quiet near all the shops, restaurants and bars, Close to the sea and heraklion, heraklion airport and the north-west coast. The pool was lovely and I had cool drinks in the poolside bar.
